Bettina Götz and Richard Manahl (ARTEC
Architekten) intend to engage in conversation on architecture through three
public competitions in which they have successfully competed - Bauamt Graz,
Althanquartier and Turnsaalzentrum Kriehubergasse. Despite winning in all three
competitions, none of these projects have been realised. For one there is still
some hope, while the other two have become part of history.
ARTEC Architekten is an architectural office in Vienna since 1985.
